The foundation of our approach to corporate governance is laid out in our Corporate Governance Guidelines and in the charters of our Board of Directors’ committees.

Non-employee directors of TheCoca-Cola Company and its subsidiaries are bound by a Code of Business Conduct for Non-Employee Directors that reflects the same principles and values as our employee Code, but focuses on matters of most relevance to non-employee directors.
