Christopher John Gough joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1996, as the Asset Protection Manager for the Coca-Cola South and East Africa Division, responsible for 23 countries. In 2001 he became the Security and Asset Protection Manager for the Coca-Cola Africa Group, responsible for 56 countries and moved on to become the Security & Asset Protection Director for the Coca-Cola Africa Group. In 2009 he moved into the role of Security and Asset Protection Director for the Coca-Cola South Africa Business Unit, responsible for South Africa.

Chris completed various military fields of study and is a Certified Fraud Examiner (USA.) From 1984-1996 he worked as a Security Specialist and Field Operations Officer on missions in high-threat environments, for the US Central Intelligence Agency’s Directorate of Operations, on behalf of the US Government.
